  Shadowed by spruce and aspen, the Jones Corral Guard station is a reminder of early rangers that traversed the watershed on horse, caring for the resource. In spring the meadow is in full bloom and numerous deer and elk are often found at the meadow’s edge. Near the station, a recent prescribed fire will help in aspen regeneration and provide additional forage for wildlife. |
