Livestock graze alongside herds of deer, elk and pronghorn antelope in the Upper East Fork area. Adjacent to Bryce Canyon National Park, the area is a popular destination for campers, horseback riders and all-terrain-vehicle enthusiasts. An extensive trail system guides visitors through forests of ponderosa pine and aspen while skirting meadows and streams. Tropic Reservoir provides fishing opportunities for anglers and bald eagles alike as well as nesting habitat for a variety of ducks and geese.
