Spawning channel at Pine Lake.

Some of the most rugged and remote areas within the Upper Sevier Watershed occur in Johns Valley. The Mt Dutton elk herd roams the higher elevations while pronghorn antelope occupy the lower valleys. Wiley brown trout await anglers in the Black Canyon section of the East Fork Sevier River. Remnants of early pioneer settlements such as Widstoe can still be seen and appreciated by visitors.

To experience the exciting multimedia panoramas, video and audio-visual stories, you'll need the QuickTime player. Please see the Plug-In Information.
