Some areas appear pretty much the same following the Sanford Fire. Although evidence of the fire can be seen in the background, the mosaics of unburned areas will help establish different types and age classes of vegetation. Interestingly, in perhaps another year, or two, it will be difficult to distinguish the before/after from this photo.
